Smooth sailin'

Things went smoothly at the Kia repair shop. Turns out the check engine light was in fact due to a broken warrantied part, so it cost me nothing to fix :)

They also sort of corrected the shaking issues I was having (when I get over about 65 or so, the steering wheel would shake). I believe they merely reduced the amount of air pressure in my front tires. This hasn't completely solved the problem, but it's certainly helped. Before I drive back across country in a few weeks I plan to take the car in and have the completely fix the problem, which, unlike this fix, may actually cost me something.

Finally, I was in need of an oil change, so I went ahead and requested they do that. It ended up being the only thing I was charged for, which was cool.
